- information you are tring to download has to pass through something the size
- of a straw between your ISP and the Server you are trying to access.

- My normal download speeds range from your low up to 3.2K per second. 1.2K
- seems to be the norm from alot of different servers, however if you try to
- download something from one of Netscape's FTP servers during off hours you
- will probably see a download in the 2.8-3.2K range. Another thing to remember
- is that Netscape Navigator will allow you to download up to four (?) things at
- once and if you try that and add up all the download speeds you will probably
- end up with about 3.2K per second.
